Who Can Access Your Data

Only authorised fairplaypro staff with a direct operational need can view your personal data. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to third-party marketers. Payment processors like UPI rails and Paytm receive only the minimum data needed to process your transaction.

How to Request Data Changes

We collect your name, email address, phone number, and date of birth at registration. Once you transact, we also record deposit and withdrawal details linked to your UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe payment method, along with device identifiers for security purposes.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share the minimum necessary information with payment processors — such as UPI and Paytm networks — solely to complete your transactions, and with fraud-prevention services where required by law.
